Agent 48 may refer to:
- CONTROL agent posing as a hotel elevator-operator during the defection of Tanya Lupescu. Killed when someone gets trigger-happy in a standoff involving both KAOS and CONTROL agents [Uncredited, Episode #11: "Too Many Chiefs"].
- Snyder. CONTROL agent who is Maxwell Smart's third choice to be Best Man at his wedding. Apparently killed to prevent him from taking on the role [Unseen, Episode #92: "The Worst Best Man"].
