Agent 8.

Elderly CONTROL agent seen stationed behind the recreation room dart board at Spy City retirement home.

Since he is presumably a resident of the home it is unclear whether it is an official or honorary posting but at this location he is the custodian of important messages which he insists be relayed with due urgency (Example: "The British are Coming!").

Agent 8 is the Chief's best friend.
