An Agent 17 is seen on three occasions but it is unclear whether any or all of them might be the same man:
Agent 17 disguised as a monkey.
- Disguised as an organ-grinder's monkey while on watch outside CONTROL headquarters [Episode #7: "KAOS in CONTROL"].
Agent 17 the family man (left).
- Candidate for a suicide mission to act as a decoy while another agent delivers CONTROL's new code to a base in Greenland. His status as a married man with 2 kids prevents the Chief from giving him the assignment which eventually goes to Maxwell Smart [Uncredited, Episode #37: "The Decoy"].
Agent 17 the lawyer.
- Lawyer who gets Max and his buddy Sid Krimm released from custody after they are arrested by the police [Portrayed by Joey Forman, Episode #77: "The Little Black Book, Part 2"].
