KAOS agent who, with Brady and Gorshen, forms a triumvirate who use a restaurant called "The Mustache Cup" as a front for a communications center.

After Bolger taps into CONTROL's hotline to the White House, Goshen impersonates the President, promoting Maxwell Smart to Chief and busting the Chief to Agent Second Class.

Gorshen then tells Max to expect a visit from Brady who poses as an efficiency expert with access to all of CONTROL's files.
