Lum Fong

CONTROL's top cypher expert who operates from a front at Lum Fong's Chinese Hand Laundry. (See also "Chinese Laundries".)

Lum Fong is impersonated by KAOS agent Yakuro Yamasaki who attempts to trick Agent 99 into handing over the Gaul Formula. However, 99, realizing that Yamasaki has failed to recognize the three parts the formula has been divided into, uncovers the ruse and the real Lum Fong is discovered tied up in the back room.
