Name by which Maxwell Smart introduces Agent 99 to his landlady Mrs. Macklin.

Max claims that "Miss Primrose" is a colleague who works with him at "the geeting card company" and takes care of Easter greetings but it unclear whether this is a standing alias as he appears to be making it up on the spot. In any case it is never heard again.
