Golden Rooster Follies Theater.
Entertainment venue at the southwest corner of Z Street and 15th which from late 1967 is where the CONTROL lab is located backstage. According to a neon sign, the name of the theater is Golden Rooster but no one ever says it out loud and a show called Summer Follies appears to be running in perpetuity.
Access to the lab is through a wardrobe trunk door.
Personnel know to be stationed there include toxicologist Dr. Steele, scientist Dr. Simon and Agent 38 Harry "Kitty" Karvelas who is presumably guarding the place.
All of these labor under the cover of chorus girls which, as Maxwell Smart is heard to observe is "not much of a cover".
