Assistant to wheelchair-bound master criminal Leadside and a presumed KAOS agent.

Kelley seems to be more au fait with art than her colleague Norman. As the trio are stealing the Burlington Collection from the National Museum, she appears to recognize a Ming Dynasty statuette.

Later, Kelley gains access to Maxwell Smart's apartment for Leadside by posing as an "Avalon Lady" from whom 99 had supposedly ordered cosmetics. Then, after the loss of Norman, she takes over the maneuvering of Leadside's wheelchair during a sword duel between Max and Leadside.

The duel ends with Leadside, the chair and Kelley hurtling out the front door of the apartment and apparently crashing beyond. Leadside survives; Kelley's fate is unknown.
