Miss Dvorchek is Max's prisoner.
KAOS agent kidnapped by Maxwell Smart as retaliation for Siegfried's capture of Agent 99. Both actions are part of a round of tit-for-tat kidnappings instigated by Siegfried's taking of the Chief and Max's subsequent capture of assassin Karl Danker.
Miss Dvorchek does not seem unhappy about her situation, saying that she would rather stay with Max than be traded back to KAOS. Max tells her that that is out of the question but when she becomes affectionate he does allow that "these exchanges do take time."
